Interventions: what helps, how much, when.

Each card is one practice from the empirical literature on debiasing and decision-improvement. Filter by SEEDS family to see what targets a specific kind of bias, or read across to compare effect, transfer, cost, and best fit. None of these are silver bullets — the skill is portfolio assembly.

Effect-size labels are anchored to typical published findings, not exact figures — the underlying literature reports many of these under several methodologies and the precise magnitude varies. "Small" effects are real and worth doing, especially in combination; "large" effects almost always come from interventions that change the structure of the decision, not the person making it.
